Draft for owner and legal review · 2 November 2026

Who we are

Nuestra Development Pty Ltd trading as AU Logistics, ABN 63 129 439 738, Brisbane. Contact info@aulogistics.au for access, correction, deletion or complaints.

Use fictional details only

This preview is not open for customer documents. The public sample calculates locally in your browser. It does not send your sample to us. The demo desk creates an anonymous account and stores fictional client details, generated document IDs and credit records on Oakhampton's server. Generated documents are deleted after 30 days.

Uploads and generated files

DOCX amendments process the input and result in memory only. We do not persist uploads, extracted text or amended results. Download the result immediately. Generated trade drafts are kept for 30 days. Logs contain event types and IDs, not names, email addresses or document contents. Client records and account data are separate from logs.

AI and overseas disclosure

The public sample and private demo do not send data to an AI provider. OpenAI, United States, is proposed for live extraction and drafting, but is not enabled until processor terms, no-training safeguards, retention arrangements and location disclosures have been verified. Payment processors and email sign-in are not connected in this preview. No Australian-only processing or zero-retention provider claim is made.

Before customer launch

The live policy must identify the account host and country, each AI, email and payment processor and country, their purpose and safeguards, and the confirmed retention schedule. The collection notice will require permission to share third-party information. It will describe any automated account decisions with a significant effect and a human review contact. Document drafting is not a customs decision.

If something goes wrong

Contact info@aulogistics.au. We will assess suspected breaches promptly, contain access, preserve event evidence, assess likely harm and notify affected people and the OAIC where required. Complaints may also be made to the OAIC.
