A few practical answers.
Can you lodge an export or import declaration?
No. We prepare a draft data sheet. Your broker or registered ICS user handles lodgement.
Can you issue a certificate of origin?
No. We prepare application data. Your chamber, Ai Group or an accredited issuer checks eligibility and issues certificates. Some agreements permit exporter or importer declarations; verify the agreement before signing.
Who checks and signs the documents?
You check every field and remain the signatory. AI generation, human review and payment are not available in this fictional preview. We do not sign dangerous goods or regulatory declarations.
How do credits, GST and refunds work?
A standard document uses 2 credits. Packs include GST and a tax invoice. Paid-credit validity is 3 years, with unused paid credits refundable on request. Free credits have no cash value. Consumer guarantees are not excluded.
What happens to files and data?
The public sample sends nothing. Generated desk downloads are retained for 30 days. DOCX amendment inputs and results stay in memory, not storage. Live AI processing and provider terms must be confirmed before customer use.
What formats can I use?
Download drafts as Word (.docx) and PDF. Explicit text replacement accepts DOCX up to 2 MB; it preserves other formatting and is not an AI rewrite. PDF and spreadsheet import, AI extraction and general business documents are not yet available.
Can I work for different clients?
Yes. Save separate client names, addresses and ABNs in your own desk. Other accounts cannot access your client records or documents. Team credit sharing is not yet available.
What if a number is wrong?
Review the source values before use. The desk calculates totals from the values entered; it does not verify their real-world accuracy. Failed document tasks return their credits. Contact info@aulogistics.au for help.
