Operator and eligibility

Nuestra Development Pty Ltd trading as AU Logistics, ABN 63 129 439 738, Brisbane. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business and supply its information. Use fictional information only in the preview.

Drafting, not regulated services

We prepare drafts from information you supply. You review every field, confirm classification, value and origin, and remain the exporter or importer of record and signatory. AU Logistics is not a customs broker. We do not lodge customs entries, issue or certify origin certificates, sign dangerous-goods declarations, issue DAFF/NEXDOC certificates, certify VGM, present letters of credit or e-sign regulatory declarations.

Credits and prices

Preview accounts receive 20 free credits with no cash value. Paid packs are A$25 inc GST for 50 credits, A$99 inc GST for 220 credits and A$399 inc GST for 1,000 credits. Paid checkout is unavailable pending written payment-provider approval and accountant GST confirmation. Paid-credit validity is 3 years from purchase; unused paid credits are refundable on request. Task costs are shown before you run them; failed document generation returns the reserved credits. No subscription or automatic top-up.

Human review

Human review is not offered. You check every field and remain the signatory. Use an appropriately qualified specialist for regulated steps.

Your rights and remedies

Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where services are not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use and a remedy limit is lawful, fair and reasonable under section 64A, our liability for breach of a guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. This does not apply where unlawful or unfair. Contact info@aulogistics.au for rework, refunds or other remedies to which you are entitled.

Fair changes and closure

Changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice, not retrospectively to purchased credit value. If service closure prevents redemption, unused paid credits will be refunded. Account restrictions must be proportionate, explained where lawful and open to human review. No forfeiture of paid balances without a lawful basis.

See the privacy notice. Downloads last 30 days; DOCX amendment inputs and results are not stored. You must have the right to share any information you provide. Customer launch requires reviewed final terms and privacy wording.
